By downloading, installing, or using readflow (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
readflow is a speed-reading application that allows you to import PDF documents and read them using Rapid Serial Visual Presentation (RSVP) technology. The App displays text one word at a time at a user-selected speed.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on any Apple device that you own or control, subject to the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
You retain all rights to the PDF documents you import into the App. The App processes your documents locally on your device. We do not access, collect, or store your content.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to access and use any content you import into the App.
readflow offers a free tier that includes up to 3 imported books. A premium upgrade is available as an in-app purchase to unlock unlimited books and additional features.
All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and refund policies. We do not process payments directly.
The App, including its design, code, graphics, and branding, is owned by readflow and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, readflow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or damage to your device.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your license to use the App will cease.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
